Valley View Building Services formed its Safety Management Department in 2006, and is dedicated to managing our insurance programs, claims and safety services to our customers as well as to our workers.
We offer job site specific safety analysis reports for every project we work on. If desired we can forward this to your safety manager as well along with our safety guidelines and training documentation. We document our monthly safety trainings, as well as daily site specific safety meetings before the start of each day.
With over 100 workers performing final cleaning and window cleaning tasks every day, safety and risk management is very important to us. We take great pride in our exceptional work history and have one of the lowest ratios of incidents at our job sites in the industry. We have one of the most comprehensive insurance packages available today for our trade in the construction industry. In addition to the statutory required workers compensation insurance, Valley View provides excess liability insurance coverage with aggregate limits of five million dollars.
With Valley View Building Services’ size and experience, we can easily take on any job within our areas of expertise, from small TI projects to billion dollar resorts. Our multiple offices and satellite locations allow us to service our customers with multiple locations through the country.
Valley View Building Services has a drug free workplace with pre-employment screening and random testing. We also certify the drivers of our vehicles by completing a thorough background check. We perform random on site safety evaluations to reinforce our in house safety training classes.
Valley View has also recently hired a regional safety manager and coordinator to oversee the safety program through out the company.
The safety of our crews and those with whom we work is always our top concern. We want our people to be safe to be able to go home every night to be with their families.
