Adobe Exterior KSL

While we did not originally win the contract on this one of a kind facility, we did get the chance to come in at the end and assist in making the turnover to the owner a success when the orignal wining company was unable to staff it appropriately. Check out this link to a local news story about this building. Pretty great place and pretty great employer for the state of Utah. We are proud to have played a role in its ultimate success.

VVBS Completes Davis County Admin and Library

We are super excited to announce that Valley View has recently completed the new Davis County Administration Building and attached Library. These two buildings along with the newly completed Children’s Justice Center (also completed by Valley View) bring to completion a much needed facelift to the old facilities and brings Davis County into the new century. It was great honor to work with the fine team at Wadman Construction. They were organized, professional and together we turned over a wonderful project to the demanding and appreciative owners and tax payers.

VVBS Completes Historic Project at Intel

It’s with a large dose of humility that Valley View announces it has completed the clean up of the largest deconstruction project in Intel’s history. Valley View and its crews assisted in the cleanup and clean out of the outdated manufacturing facility at the Santa Clara California corporate offices. This project was difficult and the planning and execution took a few unexpected turns, but in the end, this 500,000 square foot monster was turned over to the owner in tip top shape and to Intel’s exacting demands.

It was a huge privilege to work with such a talented and dedicated team at Layton Construction. Intel could not have asked for a better team leading this difficult project.

VVBS Helps at Adobe

After our initial loss of the Adobe campus in Utah, I have to admit we were pretty bummed. We strive hard to meet budgets but this one was not to be. We hoped the project would go well. Well we are excited to announce that Valley View has been asked to come in and help complete the cleaning at this unique campus. We are honored to be called back in to help finish out this wonderful project. Stay tuned for some news stories about Adobe’s new campus opening later this week!
