Valley View Building Services has their own in house window cleaning division at each of their offices. This highly skilled and technical division handles all of our construction final cleaning work. They also offer their services as part of an ongoing maintenance to customers across the western part of the United States. This team is supported by the same in house staff that supports our construction cleaning division, which means a full time safety manager along with other managers who care about safety and quality service.
Today, commercial window cleaning is much more involved than removing dirt and grime from a window as inexpensively as possible. With all the advances in insulated glass, architectural improvements in building façades, as well as industry safety and compliance issues, window cleaning is no longer something that building owners and property managers can take for granted. With changes that the ANSI/IWCA I-14 Window Cleaning Standard has imposed, building owners must rely on their window cleaning providers more than ever to ensure compliance with all OSHA and ANSI codes and standards.
Advanced scheduling of our services
Through our scheduling systems, our clients are notified well in advance to schedule a mutually beneficial time to complete our services.
Pre-work Site Inspection
Prior to completing services at our client’s building, our managers complete a pre-work site inspection to assess any additional service needs or any exterior building conditions that may need to be addressed.
Managing OSHA & I-14 Compliance Programs
Our management team works with clients to ensure that their buildings are in compliance with current standards and regulations.
Recruiting and Hiring the Right People
Valley View Building Services has long recognized that in order to deliver and assure quality service, the right people must be recruited, hired and trained. These team members must have the right service mentality and proper skills before performing client services.
Our organization is committed to the concept of Total Quality Management. From the time we schedule the service, through the follow-up phone call, we make sure you are pleased with our work.
Quality Assurance Inspections
For all projects that we complete, our service managers complete a detailed quality service review with our project supervisor to ensure that all of the client’s expectations were met.
